our cooking style ?

Drawing inspiration from our environment, we carefully curate menus celebrating the seasons and utilize each ingredient’s full potential. We harvest elements from our garden in Istan to conjure up eccentric offerings across both food and beverage.

In addition, we work closely with our farmers and suppliers, ensuring that each ingredient used is of the highest quality and sustainably farmed. With fundamentally French techniques, we also incorporate methods learned from around the world to highlight the exceptional quality of our products.
